Been searching for a recipe which ressembles what my mother used to make, but impossible to find! This one comes very close. From France to Asia, no recipe I saw called for the limes to be cooked and cured in the sun, like my mum used to do. And the joke is that although some people in Trinidad call it Lime Pepper, they do not put any pepper...( SOME people's version ). Many thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis how my mom made it in Trinidad and I am about to make it now here in US but alas I may not have the sun as it is very near Winter.
